ABOUT THE MALE THERAPIST COLLECTIVE
A professional community built for the guys doing the work.
The Male Therapist Collective was created to give male therapists and psychotherapists a place to connect with other men who understand the work, the challenges, and the sometimes strange experience of being the person everyone else talks to for a living.
The MTC is about real connection, useful resources, professional growth, and good company.

MEET THE FOUNDER
I'm Jed Thorpe, a licensed therapist and owner of Meaning To Live Counseling in Utah. I'm also the creator of Jed Said Therapy, where I use YouTube to make mental health concepts more practical, relatable, and occasionally a little less serious than we're used to.
I created The Male Therapist Collective because I wanted something I couldn't really find: a professional space for male therapists that felt genuine, useful, and actually enjoyable to be part of.
Between my clinical work, Jed Said Therapy, and MTC, the goal is pretty consistent: make mental health and the people doing this work feel a little more connected and a lot more human. "Real talk. No B.S. Good company."

Jed Thorpe, CMHC, NCC.
